Litum's Visual Factory Reporting System gathers extensive data from manufacturing, creates analyses and displays them with visually enhanced graphical reports.
Main objective the system is increasing overall efficiency through increased communication, sharing of all targets, waste quantities, production levels with all employees and monitoring real time production activities.
Second purpose is to provide an open communication channel within the factory where announcements, audit results, visitors, news can be shared. LCD monitors are installed throughout the factory and each monitor is addressed seperately so that they all can show different information.
